What we collect and why

  • Contact form and the form on a vehicle page: your name, email or phone, message, request type, the vehicle concerned (if any) and the submission date. We use them only to reply to your request.
  • Recommendation assistant: the text you type is sent to an artificial-intelligence service to pick suitable vehicles from the published stock. We do not store that text in our database. Please do not include personal data in the description.
  • We do not use the forms for marketing and do not send newsletters.

Legal basis

We process form data to answer your request, at your request, before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, in our legitimate interest to communicate with people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who has access

Only authorised ELS ELECTRIC CARS S.R.L. staff, signed in to the administration area. Data is stored with the website's infrastructure provider (cloud hosting and database). We do not sell or rent data.

How long we keep data

The retention period for requests will be set and published by the company. Until then, you can ask us at any time to delete your data using the contact details above.
